The goal of this campaign is to help launch Docusign’s drag & drop functionality within their e-sign product via the “Drag, Drop, Send” campaign.
…Said no one ever. I mean, come on! If you’re over the age of 15 in 2024, chances are you’ve slapped your electronic signature on a document using Docusign. But if you don’t know, they’re a cloud-based service that provides electronic signature technology and secure digital transaction management.
Docusign needed to get some eyeballs on a new feature; the ability to designate a specific signature order for documents, and the ability to quickly and easily alter that order by simply dragging the priority signator to the top of the list. What better way to do that then to create a magical dreamworld where dragging a signer's name sent them flying through the air, to the front of the line.
Our process always starts with discovery, but we were well-versed in the Docusign brand out of the gate. So, for this campaign we transformed our process from a 30,000 foot flight, down to a boots on the ground approach, learning everything there was to know about this new feature. Docusign already had a few inklings on where they wanted to go with this campaign so it wasn’t long before we were writing scripts. But when you work with a brand as big as Docusign, you have to take a global approach. More specifically, we needed to make sure our script translated well into the 8+ markets where “Drag, Drop, Send” would be released. But hey, we love a challenge.
Like all of our clients, Docusign received a suite of assets including a full-length hero ad, 15-second and 6-second cutdowns, and character portraits. And don’t forget, all of those assets we’re delivered in 8 different languages.
All of those assets serve to build an efficient and effective funnel that captures audiences for a fraction of the cost of the funnel strategy your favorite LinkedInfluencer is peddling.
